Pin Parade is a YouTube channel about Disney pin trading, run by The Product Unicorn LLC ("we"). This policy covers this website and Pin Parade Autopilot, the private tool our team uses to produce and publish videos on our own YouTube channel.
Visitors to this website
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Pin Parade Autopilot and YouTube API Services
Pin Parade Autopilot uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool is used only by our own team, and only with our own Pin Parade YouTube channel. With our permission, it accesses:
- Our channel's basic details, to confirm it is connected to the right channel.
- Video uploads, titles, descriptions and thumbnails, to publish videos our team has approved.
- Comments on our videos, so our team can review and approve replies.
- Our channel's analytics, to learn which videos viewers enjoy.
We do not use YouTube API Services to access anyone else's account. Comments from viewers are read only to draft replies for our team to review, and are not sold, shared or used for advertising.
How we store data
Data from YouTube API Services is stored in our private database, protected by access controls and encryption. The authorization token for our channel is stored encrypted. Analytics and comment data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, as YouTube's policies require, unless we have permission to keep it longer.
Revoking access and deleting data
The channel owner can revoke the tool's access at any time on the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, we delete the stored token and any YouTube data we hold within 30 days. To ask about or request deletion of any data related to you, email hello@thepinparade.com.
People in our videos
We film in public places. We blur the faces of bystanders, especially children, and cast member name tags. If you believe you appear in one of our videos and want it blurred or removed, email us and we will act promptly.
Children
This site and tool are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
